Welcome to Shreveport

It's been almost a month since we have moved to Shreveport, La. We have been enjoying the change of scenery and of course the weather! No more shorts and t-shirts...only sweaters and jeans. We have been venturing out and getting to know the area. It's such a nice city with lots of parks and fun things to do with kids. We have been to four different parks so far and enjoy meeting new friends.

We have also found a beautiful new house that we will be able to move into next month. In the meantime we are staying at a local hotel in town. It's a nice suite and we know it's only temporary until we move to our new home. Staying in a hotel isnt' so bad...housekeeping everyday! :) And don't forget a free HOT breakfast and nightly dinner too!
